1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CEOTXT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CEOTXT provides a web-based KPI management platform that enables organizations to track, collect, and report key performance indicators on a weekly cadence. The Service includes KPI submission by people or connected AI agents ("AI teammates"), automated reporting, SMS and email delivery, and portfolio management features.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Workspace and Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data submitted to the Service. CEOTXT does not claim ownership of your KPI data, reports, or any content you create within the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Transmit any malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide advance notice when possible.
8. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
CEOTXT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
