How CEOTXT works — The three-step weekly loop
How CEOTXT runs the weekly KPI close in three steps: Update, Report, Act. One owner per number, one fixed close, one consolidated report. Install is one-time.
Check in · Text · Decide.
Every week.
Install
Define the KPIs. Assign one owner per KPI. Set the cadence.
1. Check in
CEOTXT asks the right people for their updates.
2. Text
You receive one clear text with the business signal.
It shows what changed, what is missing, what needs attention, and who owns what.
3. Decide
You decide what needs your time.
Skip the meeting when things are on track. Step in when they are not.

Install
One-time setup. Pick the weekly KPIs (max 9 in the report, 5 recommended). Assign one named KPI owner per number. Choose the weekly close time. Add the report recipients (up to 100).
Update
Each KPI owner gets a secure link by SMS and email. They confirm one number for their KPI before the close. ~30 seconds per KPI. No spreadsheets, no logins to remember. CEOTXT handles the reminders and escalation.
Report
At the weekly close, CEOTXT consolidates the confirmed numbers into one leadership signal and delivers it by SMS, email, or secure link — every recipient gets it the same hour, every week. Every report carries value, delta, trend, and what missed.
Act
Leadership opens the week with the numbers closed, the misses visible, and attention focused. The meeting starts on decisions, not on data gathering.
Track movement
Every cycle is logged. Monthly and quarterly rollups show the trend. KPI owners can see their number move — the rhythm becomes its own reward.
